A Major Construction Milestone on Jumeira Bay Island

This week marked an important milestone for one of our ongoing luxury residential developments on Jumeirah Bay Island, with the successful casting of the roof slab for our second project on the island. Reaching this stage represents significant progress for this expansive double-plot villa and opens the way for the next phases of design coordination and execution to move forward seamlessly.

As construction activities continue steadily on site, moments like these serve as a reminder of how fortunate we are to contribute to projects within a country that consistently demonstrates stability, long-term vision, and purposeful growth. The UAE continues to create an environment where ambitious developments can progress with confidence, supported by strong leadership, infrastructure, and innovation.
